Zest Health & Fitness Club is proud to be recognised as an award-winning leisure centre, having maintained its National Quality Standard (NQS) Award (formerly the White Flag Award) for an impressive 20 consecutive years. In 2024, we were further honoured with the highest accolade – the “Outstanding Award” – reflecting our ongoing commitment to excellence.
Industry Specific Award
The National Quality Standard is the only industry-specific award for Ireland’s leisure, health, and fitness sector. The NQS awards highlight facilities that meet operational standards across 250 quality-based criteria. It is awarded to facilities that meet and exceed strict operational standards in the following areas:
- Safety
- Hygiene
- Customer Engagement
- Human Resources
This prestigious standard sets the benchmark for quality and continuous improvement within the industry and recognises facilities that provide exceptional services and experiences to their members and guests.
National Recognition for 2025
We are thrilled to announce that Zest Health & Fitness Club has once again received top recognition at the prestigious National Quality Standards Awards, held last Friday at the Johnstown Estate Hotel, earning the Outstanding Gold Award from Ireland Active.
Receiving this award for the 21st year is a true honour and a privilege. It reflects our commitment to excellence in customer care, cleanliness, safety, and the overall guest experience.
