• What time us Check in?

• What is your cancellation policy? 
  • For individual bookings, our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance of your stay. In the instance that you have booked an Advanced Purchase, we will deal with each reservation on a case-by-case basis. We would encourage you to contact us as soon as you wish to make a change to your current reservation by either emailing us on info@cavancrystalhotel.com or calling us at the hotel on + 353 49 436 0600
• Do you have EV Car Charging Facilities? 
  • Yes, Cavan Crystal Hotel has installed 6 EV charging points for our guests. Conveniently located in the hotel carpark at our Golf Club House for Hotel Resident’s use. Each charger has dual sockets and a ‘How to use’ guide is visible to assist with activating the charge.
• Is there parking near the Cavan Crystal Hotel?
  • Cavan Crystal Hotel provides complimentary parking for all of our guest’s onsite.
• What time is breakfast served at?
  • Breakfast is served in our award winning restaurant from 7.30am to 10.30am.

• Do you accommodate rooms for 2 adults and 3 children?
  • Yes we do have a limited number of rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children, please contact the hotel directly to make a reservation.
• Does the Hotel have Wi-Fi?
  • Yes, in all public areas and bedrooms.
• How far is the Hotel from Cavan Town?
  • Cavan Crystal Hotel is on the outskirts of Cavan town – only 3.5km from Cavan town centre.
• Is the Hotel wheelchair accessible?

  • We allow Guide Dogs only.

• Is it possible to get a Late Checkout?
  • Late check-out is subject to availability. We offer a Duvet Day Check out at 1pm, an additional charge of €30 applies.
• Is there coffee making facilities in the bedrooms?
  • Yes. All rooms come equipped with tea & coffee making facilities
• Do you provide irons and ironing boards in the bedrooms?
  • Yes, each room comes with an iron and an ironing board
• Do you have Room Service?
  • Yes. You will find your room service menu using the QR code in your bedroom.
• Do you provide cots?
  • Cots are available upon request at no extra charge, subject to availability.
• Is there parking for Buses & Oversized Vehicles?
  • There is an overflow car park which caters for coaches and large vehicles
• Do you offer hairdryers in your guestrooms?
  • We provide hairdryers in all of our rooms.

• What are the restaurant and bar opening hours?
  • Yes, the restaurant is open for Breakfast from 7.30am to 10.30am, The Atrium Bar & Lobby will be open for food from 12.30pm – 8.45pm and The Glassworks Restaurant is open for Sunday Lunch from 12:30pm – 15:00pm.  Pre-booking breakfast, dinner and bar food prior to arrival is required

• What are the Leisure Centre opening times?

Monday to Thursday: 7.00am – 9.30pm
Friday: 7.00am – 9.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 8.00pm
Sunday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Bank Holidays: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Children until 7pm daily

• Can children use our Swimming Pool?
  • Children are allowed in the pool until 7pm with adult supervision.
