Our leisure centre retains an enviable position as winner of a National Quality Standard Award (formerly White Flag Award) for 19 consecutive years. Not alone have we won this award we also obtain the highest level of 'Outstanding Award' for 2024. For members wishing to join, you can of course do so simply by visiting us onsite during our below opening hours. You can feel at ease joining with our friendly, professional and qualified staff, particularly if it is your first time.

Once you have signed up with Zest Health and Fitness Club we can help you reach your target whether it be to lose weight, build muscle or improve fitness by designing a programme to meet your requirements and fitness level specifically. Constant attention and help will be offered from then forward with regular fitness assessments available should you require.
