Conference Facilities

Conference facilities in all of our meeting rooms are class leading and include top of the range audio visual equipment, ISDN video conferencing and teleconferencing and loop system for hearing impaired.

Meeting rooms are available for hire on a full or half day basis and room hire rates are negotiable depending on the conference size and requirements. We offer on a room hire only basis, day delegate or residential packages. Our room hire rates include the following:

Pens & paper

Bottled water

Podium & microphone

Extensive complimentary car parking

Additional AV equipment and technical support can be organised by prior arrangement and our conference team are on hand should you require assistance on the day.

Our largest suite is the Balavaun Suite. This room has been refurbished in May 2015 and is home to state of the art facilities. This room caters for up to 450 people theatre style, 280 people banquet style and 200 people in classroom style. This room is adjoined by the Small Balavaun the ideal suite for your conference/event registration or for breakout space for delegate’s breaks.

Our second largest suite is the Trinity Suite. The combination of the Balavaun Suite and the Trinity Suite is ideal for large conferences giving conference organisers the option to host breaks/lunches and dinners in an alternative venue from their meeting room. Our Trinity Suite caters for up to 250 theatre style, 180 people banquet style and 200 people in classroom style.

Our Residents Lounge is located in the Conference Centre, can accommodate up to 80 theatre style, 60 classroom style, 35 u-shape style and up to 30 people boardroom style.

Suite One Located on the second floor, can accommodate up to 60 people theatre style, 36 people classroom style, 25 people u-shape style and 25 people boardroom style.

Suite Two, located on the second floor next door to suite one can accommodate 25 people theatre style, 18 people classroom style, 15 people u-shape style and 15 people boardroom style. Suite Three and Suite Four mirror the same layout as Suite Two.

The Executive Boardroom is an excellent facility, ideal for a Board Meeting and can accommodate up to 15 people comfortability.

With an option of two large conference suites and of course a dedicated business & conference centre with seven purpose built syndicate rooms and foyer, we have all the facilities you require to make your conference a success.  All of our meeting spaces are wheelchair accessible and we are proud to say that we are recognised as an Age Friendly Business making Cavan Crystal Hotel the ideal venue for all of your delegates.
