Our fully qualified instructors (REP Registered) will design a fitness programme for all members to help you achieve the results you want. One to one personal training also available.
Cardio endurance is the most significant goal in ensuring a healthy heart. Zest has 19 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, curved assault treadmill, Watt bikes, cross-trainers, stair masters, rowers, ski erg and air bikes.
We understand that many people have the ideal body shape in their mind and somehow even with cardio activity they feel that this is difficult to achieve. Zest has it catered for you with a wide and extensive range of resistance machines. We have three power racks, 5 stack jungle gym and two cable machines. Zest has a large range of dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 50kg over 600kg in Olympic plates, we also have 10 Resistance machine’s Leg Press, Lat Pull down, Seated row, Chest Press, Abdominal Crunch, Leg Ext, Leg Curl and Hip Thrust all of which can help you achieve your desired shape.
