Swimming Pool & Lessons
Our beautiful 18-metre deck-level swimming pool is the ideal place to swim, train, or simply relax. We offer a variety of swimming lessons for both adults and children, ensuring water safety, confidence, and skill development.
Swimming Lessons at Zest
- Children’s lessons: We cater to beginners, advanced beginners, improvers, and swim fit levels. Suitable for children aged 5 and up.
- Adult lessons: Group classes available for beginners and improvers.
- Private lessons provide 1-on-1 coaching to improve technique or overcome fear of water.
- Available for both children and adults.
- Flexible scheduling—available 7 days a week.
- All instructors are fully accredited and qualified.
We run week-long swimming camps throughout the year, designed to boost children’s confidence, improve technique, and enhance enjoyment in the water.
Important Pool Information:
- Residents must pre-book pool facilities.
- Children under 10 years must be always accompanied by an adult in the pool.
- Children under 16 years must be supervised by an adult on the pool deck/viewing area.
Join our low-impact, high-energy Aqua Aerobics classes—ideal for all fitness levels. This water-based workout is gentle on joints while improving cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and flexibility.

Aqua Aerobics Class is done in a fun and unique way with constant changes to the activity to ensure your overall enjoyment and commitment. Not only is our aqua aerobics class fun, but it is also done in a safe environment, ensuring that your body is not pushed past its limit. Our classes cater for all individuals from beginners to those more advanced.
After your workout or a long day, unwind in our relaxation area, featuring a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi—all conveniently located off the pool deck.
